Product description:
Purestat®  the microfiber cleanroom wipers was continuous weaved with 75% of polyester and  25% of nylon, it is sealed by laser cutting, and washed by EDI ultra-pure water system and packed vacuumin class 10-100 cleanroom.
Features and advantages:

1.    Good softness: the diameter of microfiber is very small(0.11μm), small bending stiffness and soft material, without any damage for surface of wiped products.
2.    Advantageous cleanness: with small diameter, large surface area, good coverness and fluffiness, constantly contact with containment, and more opportunities for infiltration dust pollution from fiber surface to gap, so it has a good cleaning ability. 
3.    Strong sorption: the micro fiber has excellent capillary effect with rapid absorption and adsorption capacity of the solvent to achieve excellent cleaning performance.
4.     Highest abrasion resistance: with high strength synthetic fiber, uneasily broken, the fiber are not easy to fall off from the wiper, won't contaminate the clean area
5.     Perfect laser sealed-border: with unique cutting melting effect, completely solve the dust on sealed edge, furthest improve the quality of products. It's the most advanced way in cutting sealed-border.
